Native Immigrant is pleased to inform you of the launch of the spring season of its La pantoufle du quartier (Neighborhood Slipper) Project, and invites you to join the Slipper Embellishment Workshop with Sarabeth Trivino, on Wednesdays, March 9th and 16th, from 10am to 12pm, at the Native Immigrant Art Studio. This workshop is an invitation to embellish and magnify the traditional Quebec slipper with the artistic touch of a Chilean-born artist, whose finesse in embroidery and beading is unparalleled. ***Please register by clicking here. Please be sure to attend both sessions to be able to complete the embellishment of the pair of slippers. This project is funded under the Entente sur le développement culturel de Montréal between the City of Montreal and the Government of Quebec.
