Karen Tam is a Montréal-based artist and curator whose research focuses on the constructions and imaginations of cultures and communities through her installations in which she recreates Chinese restaurants, karaoke lounges, opium dens, curio shops and other sites of cultural encounters.

Shufeng Zhang is a printmaker and calligrapher whose hobby of making snow sculptures in his yard in Kirkland warms the hearts of his neighbours and the many people who drive by to see his latest frozen creations.
