Also known by the acronym PSEC, the Pastel Society of Eastern Canada is a group of professional, semi-professional and amateur painters who use dry pastel as a medium. Founded in 1995, we are therefore a renowned association in the pastel sphere whose legal status is that of a non-profit organization.
