September 22, 2011  First Cultural Activities Group outing. Klinkhoff Galery, 1:30 p.m. featuring a retrospective of Blanche Bolduc. October 4, 2011 Deadline for artist-members planning to participate in the Annual Juried Art Show to have their membership fees sent in. 

October 4, 2011 First lecture of the 2011-2012 season, the Jean Ford Memorial Lecture. Matthew Hays will speak about "Women in Film: Evolution of Representation".

1:30 pm sharp at the McCord Museum, 690 Sherbrooke St. W., Théâtre J. Armand Bombardier.

October 18, 2011  New Members Celebration and meet-and-greet, following the Members' Day Lecture delivered, this year, by Tex Dawson and titled "The Enjoyment of Travel Sketches."  The event will be held in our auditorium (Bombardier Theatre) at the McCord Museum from 2:30 - 3:30 pm. Join us for some sweets.

 January 26, 2012 Deadline for submission to be received for the Annual Art Show. Artists may start submitting on January 5, 2012.  Any artists wishing to participate in the Women's Art Society's show must pay full membership dues before October 4, 2011.

November 2011  Decoration of the Women's Art Society's Christmas Tree at MMFA.  All members are encouraged to participate by submitting one or two handmade ornaments, between Oct. 5 and Nov. 30th.  Theme to be announced shortly.  Ornaments may be prepared in any medium up to 5 inches in size. Sign your name on the back and make a hole near the top so we may attach hooks.

November 29, 2011 Holiday Luncheon at the University Club. Entertainment will be provided by Nancy Berman & Irene Feher performing the songs of Cole Parter. There will also be a silent auction.

March 29, 2012  Vernissage of the Women's Art Society of Montreal's Annual Art Show at Ogilvy's Tudor Hall, 1307 Ste. Catherine St. W, 6 p.m.  Dr. Nancy Berman, Co-ordinator of the Music Program, Marianopolis College is the Guest of Honor.  Some of the students from that program will perform at the vernissage and proceeds from a silent auction will go to the benefit of the MarianopolisCollege Bursary Fund to support students in the arts, theatre, and music.
